How do I choose the right collar size?
Measure around the part of your dog's neck where the collar will sit, then compare the measurement with this product's size chart. Allow room for two fingers to fit comfortably beneath the collar.
Is this plaid collar suitable for small and medium dogs?
Choose by neck measurement and the collar's listed dimensions, not breed alone. Small and medium dogs can have very different neck sizes, so check the size chart before ordering.
Can a puppy wear this collar?
Only if the available size fits correctly. Check the fit frequently as your puppy grows, and replace the collar when it no longer fits comfortably.
Are matching accessories available?
Yes. The Bobotails Plaid collection includes coordinating accessories, including a matching poop bag holder. Accessories are sold separately.
Does this listing include a leash or poop bag holder?
No. This listing is for the Plaid Dog Collar only. Other items shown in styling images are sold separately.
Will the plaid placement look exactly like the photos?
The position of the checked pattern can vary between individual collars. Refer to the product images for the overall colour palette and design.
Is this collar designed to stop pulling?
This collar is not presented as a no-pull training device. If your dog pulls or has neck sensitivity, ask a qualified professional about an appropriate walking setup.
What should I check before using the collar?
Check the fit, fastening and attachment points before each use. Stop using the collar if any part becomes damaged, loose or excessively worn.
